For U.S.A. deliveries, all prices shown are F.O.B Hillsboro, Oregon.
Deposits due at time of order are non-refundable.
For international deliveries, all prices shown are 1) F.O.B customer door for full 40ft containers 2) All orders less than full 40ft containers are F.O.B. to customers major port, shipping charges may apply.
All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
Claims & Returns
Any claims must be submitted within 30 days upon receipt of goods for approval. For any approved returns of goods there is a 15% restocking fee, goods must be in the same condition they were shipped We inspect all returned items; the product must be in new and unused condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be in the form of store credit. If product condition is unacceptable credit will not be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
